Abstract:
PURPOSE: To materialize at lower costs a cam shaft having no possibility of oil leakage at the intermediate.
CONSTITUTION: In an assembling systm cam shaft forming bump parts 14 on the outer peripheral surface of a metal pipe 1 and composed by installing a cam piece 2 having a round hole with an inside diameter part slightly smaller than the outside diameter of the bump parts 14, constitution is made by forming a radial lower hole 23 in the cam piece 2, and by providing a radial oil hole 32 penetrated as far as the metal pipe 1 to a resin material 31 filled in the lower hole 23 for hardening.
