Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a disposable reaction vessel in which uniform distribution of temperature is obtained in the whole device and holes are drilled automatically in a lid of each vessel by a pipette needle to transfer contents automatically and which is suitable for an automatic analyzer.
CONSTITUTION: It is an assembly 23 of disposable reaction vessels having the same shape and the same size which cause periodic temperature changes of liquid mixture in the reaction vessels 21. The reaction vessel 21 has a first conical wall zone 82 and a second cylindrical wall 81 which forms an opening of the reaction vessel at one end thereof, the thickness of the first wall zone 82 is smaller than that of the second wall zone 81, and the opening 86 of the reaction vessel is constituted in such a manner that it receives a lid 87 which closes the vessel gas-tightly when it is put on the opening of the reaction vessel. Moreover, the assembly 23 is like a ring and holes are drilled in the lid 87 of each reaction vessel 21 by a pipette needle to facilitate the treatment and taking-out of the liquid.
