Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To combine and connect a cylindrical or frame-like firm hollow material quickly with accuracy, the hollow material made of a wood material.SOLUTION: A hollow or frame-like peripheral wall is combined and connected with split pieces 1A, 1B, wherein the peripheral wall has a hollow part S in a plan view and is made of a natural wood material, and the split pieces have a plurality of split pieces 1A for corner part whose outer periphery is bent or curved into a crest shape, and inner periphery is bent or curved into a trough shape. At mating positions on connection surfaces 1a of adjacent split pieces 1A, 1B, a slit 1b having the same thickness and a predetermined depth is formed vertically. Into the slits 1b of adjacent and mating split pieces 1A, 1B, a flat-plate like connection plate 2 is inserted and fitted, to position the split pieces 1A, 1B and connect and fix them. The connection surfaces 1a of adjacent split pieces 1A, 1B are bonded and fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
