PURPOSE: To perform automatic positioning of vanes by holding a core plate and a side plate in concetricity, inserting concurrently a fixed number of vanes from inside the side plate to the axial direction, moving the above setting to a fixed radial position to be held and fixed with the core plate and the side plate.

CONSTITUTION: Outside a guide drum 6 are fixed a pair of the first rings 8, 8', in the same peripheral position of which are set the same number of the first joints 17, 17'. The second ring 10 is fixed through a pin 16 on a tip end of a rod 15 that is inserted concentircally into the guide drum 6, and the second joint 18 is set on the peripheral position relative to the first joints 17, 17'. The fourth joints 20, 20' are set on both ends of the first arms 7, 7', and a vane-receive plate 12 is attached to hold a vane 3. As a rod 15 is moved axially, the vane-receive plate 12, a vane 3 are moved radially, which decides the relative position of a vane, a core plate, a side plate to fix the vane.
