To mutually easily position a design member, a function member and a panel, when fixing a preinstallation material on which the function member such as a register is preinstalled in one end portion of the design member to the panel.

The preinstallation material and the panel are positioned in at least the vertical direction by engaging an under surface of a positioning projection with a peripheral edge part of a positioning opening formed in the panel, by using the preinstallation material positioned in at least the lateral direction by engaging the positioning projection formed in the design member with a guide groove formed in the function member.
