The assist grip is provided with a grip body 1 turnably connected to the mounting base 2 through a pivot shaft 4. In the assist grip, the grip body 1 is turnable and switchable to a non-use position along a mounting wall 7 of a cabin and a use position projected into the cabin. The assist grip has a hook member 3 turnably mounted to the pivot shaft 4 and turned and switched to an accommodation state that it becomes an approximately same surface as an outer surface of a corresponding end part 11 of the grip body 1 and a projection state that it is projected from the corresponding end part 11.
