To solve a problem that to move a person in need of nursing-care (a care receiver) who once sits down is an extremely hard work for a person performing a nursing-care (a care-giver), the care-giver is often suffered from the lumbago, the tenosynovitis and the like and, especially, in a toilet where the care-giver is obliged to move in a narrow space, a burden imposed on the care-giver is large, in the care receiver who has a trouble to sit back often sits at the chip of the seat face of a toilet seat or a wheelchair, and the care-giver pulls the care receiver into his/her arms and moves the care receiver to the back.
Roller plates each formed by consecutively connecting a plurality of rotatable rollers with connection links and connecting pins, into a bendable belt shape are attached between the seat face of a chair where the care receiver sits down and the buttocks of the care receiver, the care-giver draws the upper half body of the care receiver close to himself/herself, and moves the roller plates and the care receiver so as to reduce the burden of the care-giver.
