Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a polyurethane associative viscosity enhancer comprising hyperbranched polymer in a state of incorporation by polymerization; a method for producing said viscosity enhancer; and said viscosity enhancer especially in cosmetics.SOLUTION: Provided is a viscosity enhancer comprising polyisocyanate and monofunctional polyether and at least one kind functional group-containing hyperbranched polymer HB having an average number of functional groups per molecule of 3 to 100 and selected from the group consisting of hyperbranched polyurea, polycarbonate, polyester carbonate, polyether carbonate, polyester, polyether ester, polyetherester carbonate, polyisocyanurate, polyamide, polyester amide, polyamine, polyester amine and polyether amine.SELECTED DRAWING: None
