Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a fluctuating dead time by using the transmission delay time of a control signal, and to improve control performance and stability even in an asynchronous network in which real time is not considered.
SOLUTION: Prescribed process amounts to be executed by a controlled process 23 are detected by a sensor 24, and the detecting time is detected by a timer 26, and the process amounts and the detecting time are transmitted as a process signal to a controller 10 by a transmitting means 25. A controlled variable calculating means 11 calculates a controlled variable from the received process amounts and a control target value, and a control signal transmitting means 12 superimposes the received process amount detecting time on this controlled variable, and transmits it to a controlled system 20. In the controlled object 20, a control signal receiving means 21 calculates the difference between a control signal receiving time detected by the timer 26 and the transmitted process amount detection time as a transmission delay time, works and corrects the received control variable according to this transmission delay time, and drives an actuator 22.
