A control part 29 display-outputs the purport of the presence of pressure exceeding a prescribed value and lower than it, when a detection pressure in a pressure sensor 24 exceeds the prescribed value or is less than it, and prohibits ignition, in a gas leakage confirmation sequence. A solenoid valve 18 and a regulation part 22 are closed when the detection pressure in the pressure sensor 24 is within a prescribed range, the gas leakage is judged when a difference between a pressure value at that time within a prescribed time and an initial pressure value is a fixed value or more, the purport thereof is displayed, and the ignition is prohibited. The control part 29 display-outputs the purport of the presence of pressure exceeding the prescribed value and lower than it, when the detection pressure in the pressure sensor 24 exceeds the prescribed value or is less than it, and and does not execute the ignition, or executes an extinguishment sequence, in an ignition monitoring sequence and an under-combustion monitoring sequence.
