Abstract:
To provide an atomizer atomizing a liquid with a vibrator in which the variation of the atomization flow rate due to the variation of the pressure within the tank is controlled.
A base 16, serving as a lid of a tank 14, is composed of a gas-permeable member permeable to gases but impermeable to liquids. Since the inside and the outside 22 of the tank 14 communicate mutually through the gas-permeable base 16, the variation of the pressure within the tank is controlled.
