A longitudinal adjustment screw b2 comprises a large diameter portion 21a having a length equal to the distance from the inner surface of the frontal wall 5 of a fixing member A to the fixing member mounting surface of a gate post and having a diameter greater than the minor axis of an oblong hole 11 in the frontal wall 5 and driven into a second screw hole 16 in a support member B; a small diameter portion 21b formed on the axial extension of the large diameter portion and longitudinally movably passed through the oblong hole; and a cap portion secured to the end of the small diameter portion projecting out of the oblong hole, with the diameter of the cap portion being greater than the minor axis of the oblong hole.
