Title:
ATTACHING STRUCTURE FOR GRINDING WHEEL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3194697
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make stable grinding possible even in the case where a wide grinding wheel is rotated at high peripheral speed.
SOLUTION: A connecting flange 5 is severally abutted from both the right and left sides across a joining part A between a grinding wheel spindle 3 and a grinding wheel 2, and a plurality of clamping bolts 6 are fastened in both the grinding wheel 2 and the grinding wheel spindle through the connecting flange 5. The lowering of restraint force of the grinding wheel 2 caused by centrifugal expansion is thereby checked, and the slippage of the center of the grinding wheel 2 can be prevented. In addition, since both the right and left sides of the grinding wheel 2 are fixed, the outer peripheral face of the grinding wheel is also prevented from being tapered.
