To easily recognize the position of a handle at the time when it is dark in night or the like by having a nighttime function on a washer and being exposed to the surface of a door body in the attaching structure of a door opening and closing handle outward fitting the washer on the rotation shaft of the handle and rotatably attaching the rotation shaft to a door handle.

At first, the attaching of a handle allows cover holes 5a, 5a to communicate with a through hole, and both decorative covers 5, 5 are fixed on the outside of the latch part 4 of both the surfaces of a door body 3a. Next, the door side parts 1a, 1a of washers 1, 1 are inward fitted in both the cover holes 5a, 5a. The rotation shaft 2d of one handle 2 is penetrated in the one side washer 1, the cover body 5a and a through hole 3a from the edge to be inserted in a key hole 4a, penetrated in the contrary side through hole 3a, the cover body 5a and the washer 1, and inward fitted and fixed to the shaft hole 2e of the other handle 2. The washer 1 is mixed with noctilucent material for molding material to be molded. Thus, the position of the handle can be easily recognized at the time of darkness.
