PURPOSE: To provide an attaching structure for skin of resin molding, in which a cover member is fitted to the hollow double-wall member of resin and which facilitates the obtaining of a high mounting strength as well as the effecting of the mounting work even without employing any screw for the attaching structure.

CONSTITUTION: A skin member 9 is laminated on the surface of a resin hollow double-wall member 7. A cover member 8 is attached to the inner surface side of the resin hollow double-wall member 7. A retaining projection 13 is provided on the raised side surface 12 of the cover member 8. A recessed part 14, corresponding to the retaining projection 13, is provided on the inner wall side surface 11a of the resin hollow double-wall member 7. The cover member 8 is fitted into the inner surface side of the resin hollow double-wall member 7. The retaining projection 13 of the cover member 8 is engaged with the recess 14 of the resin hollow double-wall member 7 to fix the cover member 8 to the resin hollow double-wall member 7.
