Abstract:
To disclose a technology that can efficiently install artificial objects in the ground.SOLUTION: An attachment 50 is attached to a ground improvement machine and is used to install an artificial object in the ground. The attachment comprises a tubular main body 70 having an internal space through which an artificial object can penetrate, a connecting member 90 that is detachably attached to a base end of the main body and connects a drive source of the ground improvement machine and the main body, a tip excavation member 60 that is detachably attached to a tip of the main body and excavates the ground, a lock mechanism (65a, b, 75) that switches between a first state in which the main body and the tip excavation member are not attachable/detachable and a second state in which the main body and the tip excavation member are attachable/detachable. When excavating in the ground, the lock mechanism is in the first state, and when the main body is pulled out from the ground, the lock mechanism is in the second state, leaving the tip excavation member in the ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
