To enable safe and efficient scrapping of unnecessary roll sheet waste with less labor by attaching an attachment to the power shovel machine.

The attachment 1 for scrapping roll sheet waste consists of a pair of claws F1 and F2 capable of opening and closing the tip part of the movable arm L of a power shovel machine U and is attached to the fork gear F. It has a cutter attachment 2 for cutting mounted on one claw F2 or F1 so as to cut the roll sheet P wound around a core Q and a hook attachment 3 for removal mounted on the other claw F1 or F2, respectively, so as to remove flange-equipped cover R engaged in the openings at both ends of the core Q. The cutter attachment 2 for cutting consists of a cutter 2a protruding from the outer surface of a nearly U-shaped frame bracket 2b, and the hook attachment 3 for removal consists of a hook 3a protruding from the outer surface of a nearly U-shaped frame bracket 3b.
