To enable the space for a frail person to get on a vehicle to be utilized as a normal seat while there is no need for vehicle transfer for the frail person.SOLUTION: An attachment member 100 comprises a base plate 110 and a slide rail 105. The base plate 110 is attached to, detachably, a seat cushion 252 of a vehicle seat 250.
