To perform various works even when a piston stroke is varied by forming slide grooves for sliding a movable side die according to the slide of a piston head on the inside surfaces of a yoke and a latch, and providing attachable and detachable auxiliary dips on the respective inside surfaces of fixed side and movable side dies.

Slide grooves 3d, 12c allowing the free slide of the sliding part 11c of a male die 11 in interlocking with the slide of a piston 2 are formed on the respective inside surfaces of a yoke 4 and a latch 3 to allow the smooth slide of the contact surface 11b of the male die, so that the breakage of the yoke 4 and the latch 3 can be prevented even if they are largely distorted according to the slide of the piston 2. Auxiliary dies 13, 14 are provided on the respective inside surfaces of a female die 12 and the male die 11 in such a manner as to be mountable, and the auxiliary dies 13, 14 are used for crimp or compression of the terminal or sleeve of a cable crimped by the dies 11, 12. Thus, various works can be performed even when the piston stroke is varied according to each work.
