To attenuate a convection conveyance generated in an area where the internal density of a fluid is minimal in order to perform the creation or highly functional activity of various cluster (supermicro particles) substances such as fullerene or the like under gravitational force, the precision control of reaction parameters in various liquid and gas phase system or the high precision measurement of various physical properties easily susceptible of a turbulence in the convection conveyance such as the thermal conductivity of the fluid.
An arbitrarily selected gas or liquid phase including an area 4 where the density is minimal or a composite substance of such a gas and a liquid phase, is hermetically or almost hermetically sealed in a container 1, and then is rotated around a center line X-X which passes through the area 4 where the density is minimal. Further, a centrifugal force and a Coriolis force are caused to act upon the gas phase, the liquid or the composite substance to attenuate the convection conveyance in the area 4 where the density is minimal.
