PURPOSE: To attain the improvement of operability and to eliminate recognition error in the setting attitude by using a rod supported in a way of its attitude changed freely as an input/output means and making the attitude of the rod correspondent with the attitude of an information collector.

CONSTITUTION: The rod 11 supported in a way that its attitude is changed freely is used as an input/output means and the attitude of the information collection device 30 is set corresponding to the attitude of the rod 11 and the attitude of the rod 11 is set corresponding to the attitude of the information collection device 30 in the output mode. That is, the attitude of the rod 11 and the attitude of the information collection device 30 are in the correspondent relation, then it is easily understand the direction of the information collection device 10 in the sense. Thus, in case of using the rod 11 as the input means, the quick input of the attitude of the desired information collection device 30 is attained and in case of using it is the output means, the attitude of the information collection device 30 is quickly recognized. Thus, the operability is improved and misrecognition is prevented.
