Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of an attitude controller by controlling a 1st drive means which generates the affecting force in the Z-axis against a mobile body based on the output of a position sensor and a 2nd drive means which generates the affecting forces the directions X, Y and thetaz. CONSTITUTION:A control means 5 controls a 1st drive means consisting of the electromagnets 2a and 2b which generate the attracting force or the repulsive force affecting in the Z-axis against a mobile body 1 having its attitude controlled based on the outputs of the position sensors 4a - 4f which detect the position of the matter 1. The means 5 also controls a 2nd drive means consisting of a linear DC actuator 3 which oscillates around the Z-axis (directions thetax and thetay) against the body 1 and at the same time generates the Lorentz force affecting in the directions (X, Y, thetaz) moving forward in parallel with each other on an XY surface crossing the 1st direction. Thus a simplified constitution and an entire compact shape are attained for an attitude controller.
