Abstract:
PURPOSE:To expand a controllable sphere and enhance responding property, by arranging levitating electromagnets connected mechanically and magnetically with a yoke, at one end section of rails on and under the rails of H type cross section. CONSTITUTION:The rails 11 of H type having the attracted sections of leg sections 11a at both ends are adopted. On and under the rails 11, magnetic pole surfaces 12b, 13b generating an attracting force are protruded to the rail side, and coils 12a, 13a wound up on a core are connected in series or in parallel with each other, and levitating electromagnets 12, 13 connected to a current- direction-changeable power source are arranged to be confronted with each other. The respective electromagnets 12, 13 are mechanically and magnetically connected with a yoke 14, at one side section of the rails 11, and the central section of the yoke 14 is wound up independently with a coil 15 composing a guide electromagnet, and the value of the width W between the rail leg sections 11a is set to be different from the value of the width W1 between the magnetic pole surfaces of the electromagnets 12, 13.
