Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the excavating stroke in a low space area by supporting an auger in such a manner as to be capable of being positioned in vertically different positions to a rotation driving means.
SOLUTION: In excavation, an auger driving device 14 is moved to the upper end of a leader, the mounting piece 84 of a mounting part 80 is fitted to the mounting groove 72 of a rotating member 62, and a mounting hole 76 is fitted to a lower positioning hole 86 and pinned. After the base end of an auger 16 is fitted to an auger mounting hole 88 and pinned, a rotating motor 60 is driven to rotate the auger 16, and the device 14 is lowered to perform the excavation. When the device 14 reaches the lower end of the leader, the rotation and raising/falling are stopped, the pins inserted to the holes 76, 86 are removed to raise the device 14. The upper positioning hole 86 of the mounting part 80 is positioned to the hole 76 and pinned, and the device 14 is then lowered to the leader bottom part while rotating the auger 16 to perform the excavation. Thus, the excavating stroke can be extended more than in the past by the portion of the distance between the upper position and the lower position.
