Abstract:
To provide an austenitic heat-resistant alloy weld joint excellent in creep rupture strength and reheat crack resistance.SOLUTION: In an austenitic heat-resistant alloy weld joint, a base material has a chemical composition of C≤0.009%, Si≤2.0%, Mn≤3.0%, P≤0.040%, S: 0.0001-0.0100%, O≤0.010%, N≤0.020%, Cr: 25.0-38.0%, Ni: 40.0-60.0%, W: 3.0-10.0%, Ti: 0.01-1.20%, Al≤0.30%, B: 0.0001-0.010%, Zr: 0.0001-0.50%, Co: 0-1.0%, Cu: 0-1.0%, Mo: 0-1.0%, V: 0-0.5%, Nb: 0-0.5%, with the balance being Fe and impurities; a number density of Ti carbosulfides/sulfides of φ50 nm or less in the base material and a heat-affected zone is 50-500/μm3; and a weld metal has a chemical composition of C≤0.18%, Si≤2.0%, Mn≤3.0%, P≤0.040%, S≤0.0100%, O≤0.020%, Cr: 20.0-38.0%, Ni: 40.0-60.0%, Mo+W: 3.0-13.0%, Ti: 0.01-1.50%, N≤0.20%, Al≤1.5%, B: 0.0001-0.01%, Zr: 0.0001-0.50%, Co: 0-1.0%, Cu: 0-1.0%, V: 0-0.5%, Nb: 0-0.5%, with the balance being Fe and impurities.SELECTED DRAWING: None
