PURPOSE: To provide an austenitic stainless steel surface layered multi-ply cold rolled steel sheet remarkably improved in corroson resistance, workability and deep drawability.
CONSTITUTION: This is an austenitic stainless steel surface layered multi-ply cold rolled steel sheet having features that the surface layer part is constituted of an austenitic stainless steel as well as the internal layer is constituted of a steel contg., by weight, 0.0002 to 0.0200% C, 0.0005 to 0.0200% N, Si, P and Al so as to satisfy the following inequality (1)... 30≥80×P(%)+7×Si(%)+20×Al(%)≥3 adn furthermore contg. one or two kinds of Ti and Nb so as to satisfy the following inequality (2)... 8.0≥Ti(%)/[4×C(%)+3.4×N(%)]+Nb(%)/[ 7.7×C(%)]≥0.4 and the balance iron with inevitable impurities and the radio of the above surface layer part to the full sheet thickness is regulated to 2 to 30% in one side and excellent in corrosion resistance and deep drawability.
