Abstract:
To provide an authentication device and a document provision system capable of preventing spoofing and falsification to securely provide documents to a third party.SOLUTION: An authentication device has a communication unit and a processor. The communication unit communicates with a document management device. The processor authenticates whether a person requesting the disclosure of a document managed by a document management device to a third party is a licensed person who has the authority to permit the disclosure of the document, and when the authentication that a person is the licensed person is successful, causes the communication unit to transmit disclosure permission with an electronic signature including disclosure content requesting the disclosure to the third party to the document management device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
