Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the number of part items and to facilitate an assembly work by a method wherein an insert bearing and a spring support are integrally arranged, and slide friction of a twist coil spring is performed between the inner peripheral surface of a spring support and the outer peripheral surface of a boss part and between the inner peripheral surface of the boss part and the outer peripheral surface of the insert bearing.
CONSTITUTION: In a state that an insert bearing 6 is locked to the shaft part 4 of a fixing member 1, the wall part 15 of a spring support 13 is positioned at a position in a peripheral direction, in which it is pressed against the boss part 7 of a rotary member 2, by press effected through the force of a twist coil spring 3. An insert bearing 6 and the spring support 13 are integrally formed so that, with this state, a friction force is generated between the inner peripheral surface of the wall part 15 and the outer peripheral surface of the boss part 7 and between the inner peripheral surface of the boss part 7 and the outer peripheral surface of the insert bearing 6 and slide in a forward direction is performed. This constitution simultaneously assembles the insert bearing 6 and the spring support 13 as a damping part and facilitates an assembly work.
