Abstract:
PURPOSE:To arrange so that the most suitable air conditioning state may be obtained at all times, by making a constitution in such a way that the amount of ventilation and the temperature of regulation are automatically changed in response to the number of persons existing in a space where air conditioning air is discharged from a discharge opening, or a position where a person exists. CONSTITUTION:Being seated detection electrodes 61a-64a consisting of, for example, woven cloth plated with nickel, are furnished at the being seated portion positions of respective seats of an automobile, and an electrostatic capacity among these electrodes 61a-64a and body earth is watched by means of sub units 61-64 and a person's being seated or not on each seat is detected. The output signals of respective sub units 61-64 possess temperature regulating means regulating the temperature of air ventilated by means of a ventilating means and are inputted into the CPU of an air conditioner whose discharge opening discharges air whose temperature has been regulated. And a ventilation parameter indicating the standard amount of ventilation of the ventilating means is corrected by means of this CPU in response to the being seated state of persons at respective seats, and the ventilating means is made to be controlled on the basis of the ventilating parameter which has been corrected.
