PURPOSE: To provide an automatic analysis device which eliminates cross contamination between samples or reagents by providing a pipette tip corresponding to the number of individual containers in an autosampler holding individual containers and a reagent table.

CONSTITUTION: Pipette tips 1A of an equal number to that of sample containers 1 are arranged on the outer circumference side of a sample container holding part in an autosampler freely removably. A pipette 11 is mounted by the tip 1A in the position W1, sucks a sample from the container 1 in the position (a), pipettes the sample to a reaction container B in the position (b), disposes of the tip away in the position W2, and is turned to the position W1. The tip 1A is discarded in the position W2 after use. On the other hand, tips 23A of an equal number are arranged on the outside of the container 23 of the first reagent pipetting device freely removably. The tips 23A are returned to a holding position y1 after use without discarding as they are dedicated for its own use. Pipette tips 33A dedicated for the second reagent are handled similarly to the tips 23A while pipette tips 122A for a measurement liquid are handled similarly to the tips 1A. In this way, cross contamination between the samples and the reagents is eliminated completely.
