PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus capable of selecting a sample and throwing away the sample with good efficiency according to the contamination degree of the sample.

CONSTITUTION: A sample loading part 1 loads a sample conveyance rack 2 onto a sample conveyance line. Five sample containers 4 at the maximum can be loaded on the sample conveyance rack 2. This system is provided with a centrifuge 5, a fractional dispenser 6, an automatic analytical apparatus 7, a sample housing and preservation device 8 which houses and preserves an analyzed sample, sample-container treatment devices 9, 10, a sample taking-out part 11 for a sample whose concentration of a specific component is high out of sample, a judgment part 12, a sample conveyance line 13, an input device 14 into which information on a patient is input and a sample distribution device 15.
