An automatic answering telephone register person 5 makes a phone call to an access control part 2 so as to input the telephone numbers of non-automatic answering telephone register persons 7. The access control part 2 recognizes whether or not the automatic answering messages which are given by the automatic answering telephone register person 5 exist in the data area of the non-automatic answering telephone register person 7 in a voice storing part 4 and also reports it to the automatic answering telephone register person 5. When the contents of the automatic answering messages are recognized, which message is recognized in the contents among the given messages is reported to a storage data processing part 3. Then, the contents of the message is transmitted to the automatic answering telephone register person 5 with the access control part 2. Which message is deleted concerning the given messages is reported to the storage data processing part 3 by the automatic answering telephone register person 5 at the time of deleting the message.
