PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus equipped with raw material feeding means, receiving containers, a transferring means, metering means, a lifting and lowering means, a raw material feeding position setting means, a raw material feed rate controlling means and a special controlling means, and capable of automatically mixing dye liquors for color matching of various colors with a high accuracy and a high efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: This automatic apparatus for mixing plural raw materials for dye liquors such as dye liquor stock solutions, dyeing auxiliaries or water is composed of raw material feeding means 7 and 8 connected to respective raw material containers 1-5, plural receiving containers 9 for receiving the raw materials, a transferring means 11 for the receiving containers 9, metering means 13 for the receiving containers 9, lifting and lowering means 14 and 16 for the metering means 13, a feeding position setting means 19 for the raw materials corresponding to a designed metered value, raw material feed rate controlling means 18 and a controlling means 20 for setting the receiving containers 9 in placing of the receiving containers 9 on the metering means 13 by lifting of the metering means 13-feeding of the raw materials to prescribed receiving containers 9 and metering-opening of the receiving containers 9 from the metering means 13 by lowering of the metering means 13-transfer, or the like, of the receiving containers 9.
