The data stored in the 1st storage area N and the data stored in the 2nd storage area P are outputted to a comparative decision circuit R, which compares them to decide whether or not there is a contradiction between those data, so that the result is stored in a 3rd storage area Q the RAM. If it is decided that there is trouble, the lamp S of a trouble display part illuminates and a reception stop part T stops the money receiving operation under the money reception control part K.
