PURPOSE: To permit an easy and accurate aseptic packaging, by introducing into an aseptic packaging chamber severing parts disinfected in its interior and provided between each of a series of sealed bags for effecting successive and automatic exterior disinfection, filling and bag mouth sealing.
CONSTITUTION: Severing pars 9 provided between each of series of sealed bag 8 are introduced from a severing part entrance 1c to a disinfacting and unsealing chamber 1a and caused to travel through a first and second pair of squeeze rolls 3 and 5. Said severing parts 9 are passed through an atmosphere of oxygen peroxide sprayed by a spray means 2 for disinfection of the outer surface and then through a driving box 4 for drying, followed by cutting into individual content packaging bags 10 by a cutter 6. Said bag 10is carried from said chamber 1a to a filling chamber 1b for turning therein. The opening of said bag 10 is then widened by a bag opening device 11 for filling with its contents and said bag 10 is thereafter evacuated. The mouth of said bag 10 is closed by a first and second heat sealer 13 and 15 and the packaged article is carried out of an aspetic packaging chamber 1.
