Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a simple automatic blending device, where trouble is difficult to occur, without expensive apparatus by supplying the liquid in a first measur ing tank and that in a second measuring tank into a mixing tank to mix them. CONSTITUTION:Pumps 11 and 21 are operated for a certain time (required for overflow of liquids from pipes 33 and 43) and liquids are supplied from first and second tanks 10 and 20 to first and second measuring tanks 30 and 40. Solenoid valves 34 and 44 are opened to supply liquids in measuring tanks 30 and 40 to a blending tank 50, and simultaneously, a solenoid valve 52 is opened to supply diluting water to the blending tank 50, and an agitating pump 59 is operated. When the liquid surface in the blending tank 50 reaches an upper limit sensing part 55, the blending operation is terminated by a liquid surface level switch 54. Thus, the automatic blending device is inexpensively obtained without using expensive apparatus such as a flow meter and a fixed quantity supply pump.
