PURPOSE: To provide a high reliability automatic brazing equipment.
CONSTITUTION: An automatic brazing equipment consists of a high frequency heating device 5 to heat metals to be joined, a two dimensional image detecting device 8 to detect the infrared ray wave length emitted from a metals to be joined and an image processor 9 to control the output of heating device 5. The image processor 9 sets, on image data, a control window to control the output of heating device 5 and a correcting window at least at the position close to brazing part as much as possible and not affected with flux. For respective window, a representative luminance is operated from a luminance of each image respective window and the respective luminance is expressed in term of temp. to a representative temp., by correcting the represantative temp. of controlling window with the represantative temp. of correcting window, the heating device 5 is controlled by the corrected temp.
