PURPOSE: To automate brazing work by setting a nick on the position of specified length from an end of wire rod for brazing filler metal, fixing this on the specified position of a part, mounting the other part to press-contact this and bringing back the wire rod to a cutter part while energizing and heating this.

CONSTITUTION: The nick is set on the wire rod for brazing filler metal by an automatic cutter 3. The wire rod for brazing filler metal is sent to the position of temple material set on a temple positioning jig 8. A hinge is mounted on this by a hinge clamping jig 9 and while press-contacting this, an argon atmosphere is formed and energizing is executed between the clamping jig 9 and the positioning jig 8 and the wire rod for brazing filler metal is brought back. The end of wire rod for brazing wire filler metal of the tip from the nick remains between the hinge and a temple and brazing can be performed. The brazing work can be automated and the accurate automatic brazing work of the spectacle parts can be performed.
