To provide an automatic bread maker having a convenient mechanism capable of baking bread from a grain.
The automatic bread maker includes: a rotary shaft 82 attached to the bottom of a bread container 80; a crushing blade 92 attached to the rotary shaft 82; a cover 93 attached to the rotary shaft 82 and covering the crushing blade 92; a kneading blade 101 relatively/rotatably attached to the external surface side of the cover 93, in which posture change is possible between a folding posture which is a posture in which dough is elaborated and an aperture posture which is a posture in which projecting from the cover 93 compared with the folding posture, and the rotation is prevented by the bread container 80; a clutch 103 which changes by determining whether rotating force of the rotary shaft 82 is transmitted to the cover 93 or not; and a cushioning material 107 which inhibits that the kneading blade 101 and the bread container 80 contact together.
