PURPOSE: To provide a device automatically broadcasting information in Japanese and another foreign language in an elevator cage at a low cost.

CONSTITUTION: When a cage reaches the third floor, for example, cage position relay contacts 3a, 3b of the third floor are closed, when a stop command is given to the cage, a stop command relay contact 6 is closed. When a Japanese/ English set switch 3A is set to Japanese and English, the signal is inputted to input terminals T3, JE of an automatic broadcasting device 7, the voice signal is outputted, 'Third floor' is broadcast once in Japanese from a speaker 3, and 'Third floor' is broadcast once in English after a short time. When Japanese/English set switches 1A-4A are set to Japanese or English, the broadcast is made only in Japanese or English.
