PURPOSE: To adjust a wait time of the user in details by providing a re-queuing function to a queue and a function storing queue information to the system and always displaying the queue information on a terminal equipment.

CONSTITUTION: An expansion queue 11 records information of a call subject to queuing by a queue 10. A queue management 13 manages a call on the queue 10 and a recording content in the expansion queue 11 with cross reference and writes and reads data to/from the expansion queue 11. An ACD call control section 12 interfaces the expansion queue 11 and the call control section 15 of an exchange to implement queue control. A terminal interface 14 extracts a call from the queue 10 and displays entry information from the re-queuing and expansion queue 11 on a terminal equipment 2.
