Abstract:
To provide an automatic callout distribution system for routing callout from a client to a service agent through a variety of media.
This device is equipped with a gateway 80 for receiving a telephone callout in a public telephone network, a gate keeper 82 which is connected to the gateway through a computer network, orients a callout for one of plural agent terminals 58 connected to the computer network from the gateway and connects one service agent to a client, and an automatic callout distribution server which is connected to the computer network, obtains a point where one agent can be used, and instructs the gate keeper to route the callout from the gateway 80 to the usable agent terminal.
