Abstract:

To eliminate the useless work of an automatic carrier equipment while taking the limitation and the priority into consideration to improve its working rate by making an automatic carrier equipment operation plan where a production plan is added and the penalty is taken into consideration based on the simulation.

In regard to an automatic carrier equipment operation plan that is applied in a yard where an upper process and plural lower processes connect together the processes which perform the production activities based on each production plan, plural operation instructions, i.e., the carrier units are produced for an automatic carrier equipment having the information in the carrier start and end points, the carrier object, the execution priority, etc., based on the production plan information on every process and the information on an intermediate stock yard. Then a list of such operation instructions replaced with a gene expression and the gene information are recombines by means of a hereditary algorithm. The physical distribution simulation is carried out based on the operation instruction list corresponding to the gene information, and the penalty obtained from the simulation is evaluated as an evaluation function to make an operation plan having the limitation added.
