PURPOSE: To easily constitute a strong locking mechanism and to improve crime prevention property by opening an object to be locked only when both locking parts set up to the object to be locked are unlocked and making it possible to lock the object only by one locking part.

CONSTITUTION: When a key 3 is inserted into a key hole, the key 3 is mechanically connected to a connection part 4, and in the case of locking a door 2, the connection part 4 is penetrated into the door 2 and a part of a case body 1 to lock the door 2. On the other hand, a solenoid 5 is turned off at the time of turning off a power supply, the connection part 6 is penetrated into the case body 1, and the door 2 by the action of a spring and the door 2 is locked by two independent connection parts 4, 6. When the power supply is turned on and the solenoid is also turned on, the connection part 6 is moved in an arrow direction and disconnected from the door 2, but the door 2 is still locked by the connection part 4 and the door 2 can be unlocked only by inserting the key 3 carried by an operator in charge and disconnecting the connection part 4 from the case body 1. Consequently, locking in the stopped state of one connection part can easily be strengthened, improving the safeness of the locking mechanism.
