Abstract:
PURPOSE: To unnecessitate caulking work by a worker and to shorten the working time by inserting a piece fed by a feeder into a caulking hole, tack-caulking it, and caulking the tack-caulked piece by a punch.
CONSTITUTION: The down face of a hole 2 to be caulked is beveled with a beveling punch 21 in advance of inserting a copper piece 3, the copper piece 3 fed by a feeder is inserted into the hole 2 and is tack-caulked by a tack caulking punch 31. The tack caulked piece is caulked by a caulking punch 41. Then, it is detected that the copper piece 3 is chalked in the caulk hole. Therefore, the working cost is reduced and the working time can be shortened.
