Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to quickly reparing in a fault and to improve the confidence of residents for an automatic certificate issuing machine by constituting the machine in such a way that the operation conditions of a case when the fault occurs in a storage means is outputted through a medium at the time of the fault.
SOLUTION: Unless a hard disk is normal, that is, unless a prescribed reading/writing is executed, a CPU 13 judges that an error has occurred, transmits a signal to a CRT display device 3 and displays an effect that the fault has occurred on a screen. When a manager, etc., depresses the output indicating part of a tough pannel 4 on the CRT display device 3, CPU 13 transmits the signal to a laser printer 11, makes a log in RAM 19 printed and also changes- over a route by a solenoid. Then, the printed log is kept in a containing part through a paper sheet carrier unit 51. Thus, the log at the time of the fault can be printed by the laser printer 11 so that the cause of the fault in the automatic certificate issuing machine 1 is quickly recognized by viewing the printing.
