Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate and ensure the treatment in a cleaning and adhering process of a block reinforcing member for a dry continuously variable transmission, and to prevent the treatment variation for each work.
SOLUTION: An automatic cleaning and adhering device comprises a line L including an alkali cleaning device 31, a soft water cleaning device 32, a pickling device 33, a drying device 34, a cooling device 35, an adhering device 36 and a baking device 37 which are continuously arranged, and first and second loaders 51, 52 which are movably arranged along the line and successively carry a storage basket 6 storing a large number of reinforcing members to each device so that the treatment of each device is successively implemented on the reinforcing members. The baking device is provided with a slope to allow the storage case to be rolled for automatic movement, and controls a one-piece feed mechanism by a parallel timer corresponding to each storage case in the baking device to discharge the storage case after a specified treatment time is elapsed.
