CONSTITUTION: An abnormality generating time information analyzing and setting means 6 takes-out person-in-charge fault information storing file information and a collecting information type on the basis of the position information in a load module 12 at an abnormality generating spot and address information in a load module in a load module constituting table 9 which is set by a load module constituting table setting means 5. Then, the person-in-charge fault information storing file information are set in a fault information collecting and transferring information table 10. After that, the necessary fault information are extracted on the basis of the collecting information type and abnormal code value and set to the fault information collecting and transferring information table. A fault information collecting means 7 collects the fault information from the collected information in the fault information collecting and transferring information table 10.
