PURPOSE: To perform character editing by accurate editing indication without performing fixed editing indication every time by an operator by mounting a composing means receiving the output of a judging means to perform character editing on the basis of the form data and processing data registered in an external memory apparatus.

CONSTITUTION: A judging means 200 compares the key word present in the data ID of input data or at the certain position of the header part of the data with the automatic composing control key word developed on a memory and judges the coincided one as the input data of an automatic composing object. A form/processing data taking-in preparatory processing part 310 performs processing for taking in the form data and processing data in a form/processing data external memory 600 on the basis of the data delivered from the judging means 200 of the front stage. By this constitution, the division of automatic composing objective data can be performed by the judging means without interposing an operator. By providing automatic composing control key word on the memory, more rapid judging processing can be performed.
