Abstract:
PURPOSE:To stabilize a water level within prescribed tolerance limits by varying a blind sector in accordance with a state of a storing reservoir. CONSTITUTION:As long as a water level 1 is in a blind sector 3, a gate stop command 4 is outputted continuously, and opening and closing of a gate A are not executed. However, when an absolute value of a variation rate of the water level 1 exceeds a prescribed set value, a blind sector determining device E sets a narrower blind sector 8 at the time point of a variation point 7 instead of the blind sector 3. Thereafter, when the water level becomes below the blind sector 8, a gate closing command 6 is outputted from an opening and closing command generating device D. After it is detected that the variation rate of the water level 1 is returned to the set value or below, the blind sector is changed to the blind sector 3 at the variation point 7 again. This operation is executed in an area where the water level 1 is higher than a target water level 2, as well, and when the variation rate of the water level is the set value or above, if it exceeds the blind sector 8, a gate opening command 5 is outputted.
